Appointments
- Appointments must be booked in advance
- We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
- We reserve the right to refuse service
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We accept cash and major credit/debit cards
- Prices may vary based on hair length, thickness, and service complexity
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve any concerns. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus of Major Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
